Since we are a food company, we cannot accept returns. We will always make the situation right though so please reach out to us via talktous@keyassnacks.com

Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from Virginia, Monday through Friday. Keya’s Snacks does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or certain holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receipt via FedEx or UPS

Shipping and Handling rates
Shipping charges are in addition to the product prices and are based on the total weight of the order
